Payment Policy:
All rates in US Dollars.
1500 for 3 night minimum, $2625/week, $9000 month, plus applicable.
state taxes. Call for questions about customized scheduling.
We require a refundable deposit of $2000 by personal check. The fee
can be paid by credit card or check. Half of the fee is required to hold the
date and is non refundable if you cancel with less than 120 days
notice. Deposit checks can be made out to STM Properties and mailed to
