Two nights lodging deposit is required at time of booking. Payment in full is required no later than 30 days prior to arrival (45 days Christmas/New Year\'s Holiday period). A $100 security deposit will be charged on the reserved check-in day in the form of a major credit card. Renter is responsible for any damage, excessive cleans or loss to the property.
