A security deposit is required and based on the number of occupants, and length of stay. Security deposits may be used for excessive cleaning, property damage, missing items, or disturbance calls. Security refunds are made within 10 business days following departure. Personal check, Visa, or Mastercard are accepted forms of payment. No cashiers check allowed.
