Payment Policy: Rates are quoted in US Dollars. The owner is offering a 20% discount on summer 2008 stays and the rates have been reduced in the rate schedule to reflect the discount. No other discounts apply except the Cash Payment Incentive mentioned below.
A 50% rent deposit is due within 10 business days from the day of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Personal checks, money orders, traveler’s checks, Visa and MasterCard are accepted forms of payment.

Incentives will be applied to your reservation once confirmed by ERA. All rates subject to 9% sales tax. Each reservation subject to transaction, non-cash and cleaning fee. Special event and Holiday rates are the same as summer or peak season rates. 3 night minimum. All rates subject to change. ***
