FOR WEEKEND STAYS (MINIMUM RENTAL 2 NIGHTS) & A SURCHARGE OF $10 A NIGHT APPLIES. HOLIDAY PERIODS HAVE A 1 WEEK MINIMUM STAY AND ARE CHARGED AT THE HIGH SEASON RATE .
