Payment Policy: A $ 300.00 deposit is required to reserve your accommodations. You rental payment is required 30 day prior to your arrival and your $300.00 deposit transfers to a security deposit. Cleaning fees depend upon if you take the upper level only or if you take both the upper and lower levels. Upper level cleaning is $150.00 and $200.00 for both upper and lower levels. These fees are deducted from this $300.00 deposit and the balance is returned to you after your departure providing there are no damages. State taxes of 11.5% are additional fees.
