A 50 % deposit is due at time of booking. The property is absolutely open until it is booked, and booked when 50% deposit is received. A $750.00 fully refundable damage deposit is due upon arrival, payable in cash or can be paid prior to arrival using PAYPAL. Once booked, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
