Payment Policy:
All rates in US Dollars.
Two Bedroom, two baths (sleeps 4) from $175 to $225 per night.
Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas : 1 week minimum.
Rentals of less than 6 month's are subject to Florida State Sales Tax of 6 1/2 % and Manatee County Resort Tax of 4%.
A $500.00 performance/damage deposit is due with rental agreement.
25 % Due 90 days prior to occupancy.
75 % Due 60 days prior to occupancy.
The balance of all rent and taxes are due 30 days prior to occupancy.
