Payment Policy:
All rates are in UK Pounds
A deposit of £150 ($250) per week is required to secure your booking with the balance to be paid no later than 8 weeks before arrival. Full payment is necessary if reservation is made within 8 weeks of arrival.
Pool heating is available during the Winter months (November - April) at the rate of £60 ($110) per week.
A security deposit of £150 ($250) is payable on booking and will be returned shortly after your stay upon confirmation of the home being vacated in a satisfactory condition.
