Payment Policy:
1.The Guest must pay 10% deposit of total sale and such deposit must be submitted to Palm Oasis Management (the Company) with the booking application. In the event of the booking application being submitted within sixty (60) days of the date of departure, then the total amount due from the Guest for the rental will be payable upon submission of the booking application. The acceptance of the booking will be in effect on the date shown on the confirmation account issued by the Company to the Guest. If the booking is not accepted by the Company, the deposit paid by the Guest will be refunded.
2. Payment Schedule: The balance is required at least sixty (60) days prior to date of arrival. Once the balance has been paid in full The Company will forward arrival instructions. Payment may be tendered in the form of a US Check, money order, wire transfer, or credit card. A processing fee will be levied for payments received in the form of wire transfer or credit card.
3. Acceptance: By signing the booking form the client accepts these booking conditions and warrants that he/she is authorized to agree to them on behalf of all other persons named on the booking form, including those substituted or added to by agreed amendment of the booking. If the balance is not received at least sixty (60) days before the departure date, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking
