Payment Policy:
Rates vary depending on the size and time you come. Rates can be viewed at http://jcresorts.us/rates.html
Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a $200.00 US advance deposit per condominium/per week. Deposit is due 14 days after reservation is made to avoid cancellation. Remaining balance is due upon arrival. An open credit card is required on arrival as a damage deposit and security for the telephone.
A departure fee is required with each reservation:
1 BR / 1 BA: $80
2 BR / 2 BA: $100
3 BR / 2 BA: $110
3 BR / 3 BA: $115
All rates subject to tax and to change without notice.
Minimum stays are required during peak seasons and designated holiday periods. Some resorts have year round minimum stay requirements.
Rates quoted are for:
2 adults - 1 bedroom condo.
4 adults - 2 bedroom condo.
6 adults - 3 bedroom condo
