Balance at check in by credit card,cash or bank check to Mandalay Clearwater, LLC A security deposit of $250 is due upon arrival by credit card and returned upon departure after inspection of the rental unit. There is a $50 charge for pet cleaning and $100 security charge for pets. Cleaning fee is $60 for average cleanig. Dishes not washed or trash let around will increase fee by $25.00 Smoking in house will forfeit deposits.
