SECURITY DEPOSIT A refundable security deposit of £200/$250 is charged and will be refunded when the management company has checked the property and confirmed there has been no damage. PAYMENT We accept payment by cheque(check) or if you prefer we can take payment by credit/debit card. Please note there is a 3.5% handling charge for credit card payments.
