Payment Policy:
All rates listed in US Dollars. Prices listed do not include tax. Full payment and security deposit must be received 6 weeks prior to arrival
A deposit of 20 % or $300 (whichever is greater) to reserve the villa must be received within a week.
A security deposit of $ 250 must be submitted with final payment. The security deposit will be returned via mail 14 days after the villa has been inspected by the managemant company and found to be in the same condition as when you arrived. ( i.e. No damage or missing items)
