Payment Policy:
The rates are in sterling.
The Deposit of £100.00 per week is required with the Balance paid 10 weeks prior to Departure. this can be paid by cheque.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All rentals are subject to the following terms and conditions: -
RESERVATION DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT OF BALANCE: A reservation deposit of £100 per rental week is required with the completed booking form. The full balance is payable no later than 10 weeks prior to the date of rental arrival. In addition a refundable security deposit of $200 is to be deposited with our local management company within 48 hours of arrival. On verification that all is in order this deposit will be returned within 30 days.
