Payment Policy: Rates are quoted in US dollars. Special event rates are slightly higher during Bike Week, Daytona 500, Biketober Week, July 4th etc. One night stay deposit required within 10 days of booking. This deposit counts toward the full rental price. A refundable damage deposit of $300 is required for missing or damaged items or excessive clean-up. It shall be returned in full if there is no damage or missing items. Full rental amount due 30 days prior to arrival. $65 cleaning fee for all stays. $20 pet fee. 6.5% tax additional. Credit/Debit cards, Personal checks, traveler's checks, money orders, cash accepted.
