Chateau La Mer II Association rental policies beyond our control do not allow us to rent to vacationing students or adults under 25 unaccompanied by parents. Reservations made under false pretenses are subject to forfeiture of deposit and rental fees.
To guarantee your reservation, a verbal commitment and your deposit of $250 must be received within 4 days of making your commitment.
This is not applied to the rental balance, but will be mailed to you within 7 days of departure, providing all rental conditions are met. When our Condo Cleaning Service has cleaned the condo and notified US, we will return your deposit. Please take care of our condo as if it were yours, this is the only way we can keep our rates affordable.
We will email you a copy of our Destin Rental Policies when you inquire about renting our Destin Condo. Your reply will be considered acknowledgement and agreement that you meet our Condo Policies.
