Payment Policy:
RESERVATIONS: A $200 reservation deposit is required along with completed reservation forms to confirm a reservation. The deposit must be paid by check or money order made payable to "JJP Enterprises". Upon receipt of this amount and the completed reservation form, your reservation is confirmed. The reservation deposit becomes a security deposit upon check-in and is returned to you within 14 days after your check-out pending confirmation of no loss, theft or damage beyond normal wear and tear.
RENTAL PAYMENT - An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate with tax and cleaning fee is required thirty (30) days before arrival. The advance payment will be applied toward the room rent. Please make payments in the form of traveler's checks, bank money orders, cashiers checks or personal checks payable to “JJP Enterprises”. Send the payment to JJP Enterprises at 17512 Five Oaks Drive, Baton Rouge, LA 70810. The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The balance of the rental is due fourteen (14) days before your arrival date.
Rate Changes - Rates subject to change without notice.
Credit Card Charges - Rental fees can also be paid by Mastercard, Visa, Discovery or American Express with the appropriate forms which I will send to you confirmting your reservation.
