If you are booking greater than 30 days from your scheduled arrival we require 50% of the rent due The security deposit is held by credit card. The balance, including any taxes, is due by 30 days prior to arrival. For reservations made within the 30 day window we require payment in full at the time of booking. Once we have received the required payment and the signed lease agreement your booking is confirmed. We have Snowbird Specials but the site does not support description. During Winter Months contact us to negatiate multi-week rates.
