Payment Policy:
All rates are in US Dollars.
Rates (U.S. dollars) are subject to 12% sales tax and may change without notice. A deposit in the amount of 25% of the total charges is required to confirm reservations. In the event of cancellation, you will not lose your deposit if you advise us :
30 days or more in advance for a reservation for a month or less. 60 days or more in advance for a reservation for more than a month. Upon arrival, a credit card is required for registration. Special rates are available for groups.
