Payment Policy:
All Rates in US Dollars.A Rental Retainer in the amount of $1000.00 per month of rental term is due within 10 days of booking this property. From that $1000.00 I will pay the $300.00 Country Club Membership transfer fee and the $100.00 application fee. I will send out the application form to be filled out by you. The remainder becomes your security deposit and the final cleaning cost will be deducted before returning the remainder to you. As usual, if there is any damage over and above usual and customary wear and tear to the unit or inventory the repair/replacement will also be deducted from the security deposit. For properties being rented for more than one month I will arrange for a cleaning person to come in at the end of the first month and that cost will also be deducted from the security deposit.
Payment Policy:
Rental Retainer Due 10 days after Booking:$1000.00 per month
90 days prior to Arrival: 50% of total rent + taxes
60 days prior to Arrival: 50% of total rent + taxes
