Payment Policy:
Payment Policy: Rates are quoted in US Dollars. Rates will be reduced 20% when reservation is confirmed. No additional discounts will be taken except for Cash Payment Incentive Program. A 50% rent deposit is due within 10 business days from the day of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Personal checks, money orders, traveler’s checks, Visa and MasterCard are accepted forms of payment.
All rates subject to 9% sales tax. Each reservation subject to transaction, non-cash and cleaning fee. Special event and Holiday rates are the same as summer or peak season rates. 3 night minimum. All rates subject to change.
