Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars.

All rentals are subject to 11% sales tax. Maximum occupancy is based on 2 person per bedroom. If more people are allowed in the unit, the extra charge is $35 per person, per week. Discounts are available on longer term rentals. NO Discount for February and March. Payment in full is due 30 days prior to arrival. All rentals are payable in US-funds. We accept personal checks, Travelers Checks, Cash, Visa, Master Card or Money Order.

A $300 Minimum deposit is required with every reservation. Deposits will be returned 60 days after departure, less any charges for long distance phone calls, damage or extra cleanings. In addition to the security deposit, a non-refundable $20 Booking Fee and a $75 Cleaning Fee will be applied to all reservations.
