Security deposit is due at time of reservation, and will be refunded to you approximately 6 weeks after departure (less any extraordinary charges).
The cleaning fee and 11% sales tax is due in addition to the rental rate. We do NOT charge booking fees and we do NOT charge per person fees.
50% of the balance is due 90 days prior to check in with the remaining 50% of the balance due 60 days prior to check in. We accept Visa and Mastercard, cash, checks, travelers checks, official/ bank checks or money orders. US funds only.
