Payment Policy: All Rates in US Dollars.

There is the weekly (Saturday to Saturday) rate plus a one-time cleaning processing fee of $175.(The home is cleaned on your arrival and on you departure.) There is also a 11% lodging tax and a $500 refundable security deposit. We take Mastercard, Visa and Discover cards. One-third of your total fee is due upon the acceptance of your reservation. The other two-thirds are due in proportionate amounts until your rental. The full payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
