Payment Policy:
All rates in US dollars.
We Accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover Card as methods of payments. Florida Taxes are 11% and cleaning fee is $85.00 additional fees to rental rates.
Reservations are accepted up to one year in advance.
Reservation dates will be confirmed. We will guarantee rates quoted at time of booking.
A minimum non-refundable payment of 35% of rental rate is required at the time of booking a reservation.
Any damages or extraordinary cleaning requirements
will be the responsibility of the guests. With proper notification to the guest, your account will be charged to remedy damage claims. NO CHECK INS WILL BE ALLOWED UNTIL THE DAMAGE AGREEMENT IS SIGNED AND DEPOSIT SECURED.
