Payment Policy:
Rates are in US Dollars.
RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS – A $50.00 Administration Fee, $150 advance rent and a signed RESERVATION AGREEMENT is required to secure a reservation. AJH accepts MasterCard, Visa, Money Orders and Checks drawn on U.S. Banks. (If securing with a check, it must be received by AJH within 5 days after booking has been made or the reservation will be canceled). Balance of rental fee is due 14 days prior to arrival date.. Please reference reservation dates and unit #, name when sending check or money order.
CHECK-IN TIME is 3 PM at AJH, 255 MIRACLE STRIP PKWY. S.E. #B-16. Keys are not available until the rental unit is ready for occupancy. AJH will use all reasonable efforts to have the unit ready for guest occupancy at check-in time, but AJH cannot guarantee the exact time of occupancy. Please call our office in advance if you are arriving after 5 PM so key arrangements can be made.
CHECK-OUT TIME is prior to 10 AM at AJH’s office. Please be prompt as to allow us to have adequate time to prepare the unit for the next guests and return all keys to AJH office before leaving to avoid additional charges.
