Payment Policy: ALL PRICES ARE IN US $'s - please contact the owner for other currency rates. ALL TAXES ARE INCLUDED. A $200 (£100) deposit secures the booking - balance due only 6 weeks prior to arrival. Payment by VISA or MasterCard is possible subject to a surcharge of 4%. Credit Card details will be required to act as a security deposit. This saves the unnecessary transfer of cash payments before and after the vacation. Other options available if preferred. MIDWEEK ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES ACCEPTED. FREE SOLAR POOL HEATING. An Electric Pool Heater has recently been installed to supplement the Solar heating when required. If requested the cost will be $25 per day ($160 per week). For groups in excess of 8 people a small utility surcharge of $35.00 (£20.00) per additional person per week will apply. There is NO MINIMUM STAY but a cleaning charge of $85 (or equivalent) will apply to stays of 4 days or less.
