Cleaning Service Fee (one time fee). + One Month Security Deposit(on 3 months or longer) Prices are for 2/4 per person (sleeps up to 8) Prices vary for additional people.

A good faith deposit of $200 is required along with a completed rental application/checklist. Approval takes 24hrs. Uncompleted applications will not be processed.

Deposit is returned (via) Federal Express after departure(within three days)after walk through w/management and shall be returned in full; unless there are damages and/or missing items. We ask you to please refer to your rental application that was provided to you along with the rental checklist for your convenience. International renters are required to wire-transfer funds only for any deposits and/or payments. Minimum rental of 3 months is required per condo association regulations during high season.
