Payment Policy:
All Rates in US Dollars.
All Major Holidays, Special Events -- $2,175 per week -- $325 per night. (Including but not limited to, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Memorial Day, Valentines Day, Spring Break, Easter, Labor Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Independence Day, Super Bowl, Races, Sporting Events, Major Concerts).
Short-Term (2 - 5 Months) -- $5,000 per month.
Long-Term (6 - 12 months) -- $4,600 per month.
