Payment Policy: RATES 3 day 2 night $385 (Power Weekend Special) 1 week $925 3 nights $455 Rates are for for 7 people, additional people are $10 per person, per night Discounts for longer stays. Rates subject to change without notice. Rentals Rules and Policies: Pets may be allowed (only upon approval with $45 non-refundable pet fee) Smoking in tiki hut Security deposit required 3 day 2 night minimum rental 25% deposit non-refundable $200.00 refundable security deposit. There is an $18.00 inspection/service fee with all rentals. 10% increase for stays during holidays. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required for stay of 1 week or more. Balance due 30 days prior to occupany. Stays less than 1 week require payment in full at time of reservation. Once payment in full is received access for lockbox will be given. There is a Security Deposit of $200, refundable after departure; depending on the condition of the premises, a cleaning fee may be charged.
