Payment Policy:
All rates are in US funds.
The rent varies from $845.78 to $2,000.00 per week, depending on the week or weeks selected. Rent includes a premium for private balcony spiral stairs leading directly to the heated pool, jacuzzi/spa, private beach, large sundeck with lounge chairs and tables, tennis court, and barbecue gas grills
Rent does not include a separate $155 cleaning/rental insurance fee and the 12% Florida sales/resort tax.
Rentals are generally Saturday to Saturday. No smoking, no pets. Families and children of all ages welcome. Credit cards welcome. Extended stays of 2 weeks or more welcome. Flexible rentals - contact owner for special arrangements, monthly rentals, last-minute bookings, etc.
Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of 25% of total reservation and travel insurance (optional). Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. All reservations must be in U.S. funds. We gladly accept personal checks, cashier's check, money order, travelers check or by credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER).
