Payment Policy: RATES $495 - Weekly Rate Christmas through Easter $265 - 3 day rate $435 - Weekly Rate After Easter through Labor Day $240 - 3 day rate $395 - Weekly Rate After Labor Day to Christmas $225 - 3 day rate Rates are based on no more than six guests. $100.00 refundable security deposit. There is an $18.00 inspection/service fee with all rentals. 10% increase for stays during holidays. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required for stay of 1 week or more. Balance due 30 days prior to occupany. Stays less than 1 week require payment in full at time of reservation. Once payment in full is received access for lockbox will be given. There is a Security Deposit of $100, refundable after departure; depending on the condition of the premises, a cleaning fee may be charged. Refund request for cancellation must be received at least 30 days in advance of your stay and will be limited to 75% of fully paid accounts.
