Fall,starting from end August , 2009 $2100. a week 3rd bedroom additional cost $1000.00 a week Deposit $500.00 Season starts Jan to end of August so reserve now to assure your time slot. Month runs from Sat. to Sat. (28 nights). Please note there is now a 3rd bedroom at the pool level with sitting room and bathroom but is not rented to others, unly tot eh ones renting the main part of the house if needed. Security deposits needed and is not part of rental amount,cleaning fee will be decucted from Deposit. Deposit to be returned within 30 days minus cleaning fee. 12½% state, local, and tourist bed tax.
