Payment Policy: Deposit Terms: A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation 60 days prior to your arrival check in date. Balance plus a $95.00 exit cleaning fee and a security deposit of $500.00 are due 30 days prior to your arrival check in date. Please note! (If you reserve 4 weeks or more the balance plus a $95.00 cleaning fee and security deposit are due 120 days prior to your arrival check in date). The credit card used for deposit must be in the same name of the person making the reservation and the name must appear exactly as it appears on the credit card. We do honor personal checks 75 days prior to your arrival check in date. We do honor debit cards. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express credit cards. We also accept Cashiers Checks, Money Orders & Travelers Checks. When full payment has been received, owner will send arrival information, including directions, door combination information and Cabana Club passes to the renter. Security Deposits: We must have a security deposit of $500.00 collected by 30 days prior to your arrival check in date. After unit has been inspected, within 10 days from the end of the rental period, owner will return the security deposit less any deduction for damage to the property, extraordinary cleaning or inventory unaccounted for, violation of “general rules” and for fines levied as a result of the renter’s violation of Rules and Regulations of Key Colony Beach. All Rates in US Dollars. 12.5% Sales Tax. All rates are for a maximum of 8 guests.
