Payment Policy:
All rates in US Dollars.
The Party leader accepts full responsibility for the condition and contents of the rental property during the stay there with other party members ("The Party") and shall inform the other party members of the terms and conditions which apply to all members of the" party".
Party Restrictions
Everyone occupying the property must be listed on the guest registration form, including small children. This is Florida state law and must be adhered to. The accommodations cannot be shared or sub-let and only the persons shown on the booking form are permitted to stay in the property. Persons under 25 years of age cannot stay in the villa unless accompanied by responsible adults over the age of 25. Failure to comply will render the booking void and no compensation will be paid. If, following the submission of the original booking, changes to the composition of your party arises, these changes should be immediately advised to us. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES can the size of the party exceed the maximum occupancy which is shown below.
Damage or Loss caused!
The Party shall be jointly and severally liable for any damage or loss of any kind caused to the rental property or its contents. (See also security deposit information below)
Security of personal property
The party is solely responsible for, and shall secure, all their personal property in the rental property. The property owner, manager, or Tour operator/agent shall not be responsible for any lost or stolen items.
