Payment Policy: All rates are in UK Pounds.

A reservation deposit of £100.00 is payable at the time of booking. The balance, inclusiveof a refundable security deposit is payable 8 weeks prior to your intended date of arrival. For bookings made 8 weeks or less before date of arrival, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking.

Security Deposit
A security deposit of £100.00 is payable at the time of settlement of the outstanding balance.. This will be refunded in full provided that the accommodation is left in a satisfactory condition, and that any damage, breakage or losses are reported at the time to the management company and arrangements are made to cover the cost ot their repair or replacement, and that you return your key at the end of your stay
