A minimum of 20% of the Total Amount Due is payable at the time of booking. This payment (the Reservation Deposit) is absolutely non refundable in the event of the guest not performing all the terms contained in the Booking Form and Booking Confirmation. The balance of the total amount due is payable not less than 42 days prior to date of arrival.
