SAVE MY DEPOSIT POLICY protects your deposit should yu have to cancel for any reason. Simply reschedule your vacation dates with us up to 2 years in future and we will re-apply your deposit to the new dates, pending availability. Note: If your requested dates are not available or you are unable or unwilling to accept available dates as they may be available, your deposit is non-refundable.
A $200 damage deposit is required prior to arrival, If you have paid by credit card, your credit card will be kept on file and used for this purpose. If you have paid by check, a separate $200 check will be required along with your remaining balance-due check. Damage deposit check is held and not cashed, and will be returned within 30 days after departure and inspection of property.
