A security deposit will be required for any damages that may accure .the deposit will be £200 this will be refunded back to you after the all clear from the cleaning company , please take a little time when you first enter the villa to check that everthing is in order, report all things that are brocken to the management company.Plaese leave it as you would like to find it.
