Payment Policy:
Full payment must be received before the booking can be confirmed.
A “booking deposit” of 20% must be provided at the time of booking to secure the villa in your name. This is used to secure/book the villa in your name at the time of booking and once you step over the threshold of your home becomes a "Security Deposit" which may be used to cover excessive use of electricity e.g. air conditioning on full with external doors left open, excessive cleaning costs and chargeable telephone calls, and also covers for damage, breakage and loss to the villa and contents. It also covers the charge for lost keys, which necessitates changing locks. Do not tamper with air conditioning controls or pool controls, any problems arising from tampering with these controls will also be deducted from the security deposit. Please note that "normal wear and tear" will not be deducted from the security deposit. We need to know if you break a cup for example, do not try to make repairs yourselves as this "could" compromise the next guests' safety. Please report all damage/accidents to us. The security deposit less any such charges will be refunded, by check, as soon as the Management Company has completed its inventory and occupancy report. This will normally be no later than 45 days after your return arrival. The Management Company reserves the right of entry at any time.
