March, April, June, July, & August:-$110/night
September, October, November, & December:- $100night
HOLIDAYS: Easter Week, Thanksgiving Week, December 10-January 2:- $125/night
13% Tax is Applicable
If guests are paying with a credit card, there is no security deposit collected. There is a hold of $250 until you leave on your credit card. In the event there is any damage Classic Management, Inc. will notify you that they will be charging the security deposit. If the guests are paying with cash, there will be a $250 security deposit due at the time of the balance.
Reservation deposit amount: 30% of rent
Number of Days Balance Due Before Arrival Date: 45 days
