All rentals are subject to a 13% Florida Sales and Use Tax.
Pool / Spa heat is optional, at $25.00 per night. Pool heat may not be needed from June - September. Spa Only heat is $15.00 per night.
5 day minimum stay on any rental. Short stays are subject to a cleaning fee of $100.00.
10% discount on stays 10 days or longer.
15% discounts on stays of 21 days or longer.
$300.00 deposit, per week of your stay, will hold your dates. Balance of rental is due 45 days before your stay. $250.00 refundable security deposit.
