20% deposit is required to secure the property. Personal checks, bank checks, and money orders are accepted.
Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require full payment. If your stay is for less than 7 nights, an additional $65 cleaning fee will be charged.
Full balance required 4 weeks prior to arrival date.
