Rental period Friday to Friday, except for slower season and longer rentals;
In addition to the rates stated above a $1,500.00 security deposit is required.
A $275 cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit. Prices include pool heat, local phone, towels, sheets and paper products, etc.. All rates are subject to a 11.5% Florida Sales tax.
