Low Season (Post Easter Week - mid December)

1 week - $1,000 plus taxes.
2 weeks - $1,900.
3 weeks - $2,700.
4 weeks - $3,400.

High Season (Mid December through to and including Easter)

1 week - $1,600 plus taxes.
2 weeks - $2,950.
3 weeks - $4,000.
4 weeks - $5,000.

All rates are plus taxes applicable at the time(currently 10%).
Refundable Security Deposit - $500.
Rates include cleaning on departure and pool heating in winter months (not needed the rest of the year.)
Rates are subject to change until confirmed.
