Hold policy - upon reservation - 1/3 of the total rental cost is required to reserve your rental dates.
Add 9% State and local taxes.
Balance of rental is due 40 days prior to your arrival (this does not apply to last minute reservation).
Cleaning Fee - there will be a cleaning fee of $85.00 charged for each rental.
Pool Heater Fee - $50.00/wk
