Additional fees include a 10% rental tax, $175 clean out fee, 12% utilities surcharge, and $25 per day to heat the pool.
We take a credit card number, as a security deposit, to cover any damages, theft, excessive utility usage, failure to return keys, etc. We only make a charge if a situation such as any of these arises.
Utilities surcharge includes electric, gas, digital cable TV, and Internet connection (bring your own laptop). Heating the pool raises the electric bill significantly so we charge for pool heat as well.
Most major credit cards accepted.
