Payment Policy:
Four day minimum stay.
No unsupervised minors.
Payment due 14 days prior to arrival.
A reservation/security deposit of $200.00 is required to book a reservation.
Check or Credit Card payments are accepted via PayPal. (Go to http://www.paypal.com send payments to info@wavepropertyrentals.com)
Cleaning fee of $75.00 per visit.
All rates subject to 12.5% State and Resort Tax less than 6 months.

PAYMENTS VIA PayPal

With PayPal, you can easily send money from your checking account or any credit card to us for payment. If you do not have a free PayPal account to send money from it is easy to set up your free account. Go to http://www.paypal.com and learn how to set up your free account.

1. Go to http://www.paypal.com
2. If you do not have an account, please follow the simple directions to set up a free account.
3. Login to your account
4. Click the "send money" tab.
5. Send payments to "info@wavepropertyrentals.com" (without the quotes)
6. In the note section please put down the dates you are reserving, then click continue.
7. Select or Add your checking or credit card account.
8. We will confirm your payment and reservation within 24-hrs. Call us at 407-341-7127 to confirm immediately if you so desire.
9. Please sign and mail or fax us your rental contract from below. If you do not have access to a printer or fax machine we will gladly mail you a contract once your $200.00 deposit is processed.
