Payment Policy:
$350 is 2-night rate which includes all Florida resort taxes and cleaning fee. Weekly rate total is $850. For each additional night add a total of $100. SEE OUR WEB SITE FOR OUR 1/1 VILLAS WITH GREAT PRICES!~~~$285 for 2 nights/$750 for 7 night stay
A $200 security/damage deposit holds your reservation. $300 if bringing a pet. Balance is due upon check in. For winter monthly rentals there is a $400 security/damage deposit. Balance is due 14 days before check in. For "Event" week’s and high season winter and summer monthly rentals, full payment must be received a minimum of 30 days before arrival date.
OTHER THAN OUR PACKAGE SPECIAL RATES: PLEASE ADD 12.5% FLORIDA RESORT TAXES AND $100 CLEANING FEE TO POSTED RATES
